How long does it take to get my translation quote?

We usually reply within 30 minutes during working hours (GMT+8, 8 AM to 10 PM), maybe later at other hours. But you can be sure that we will get back to you within 24 hours in any case (including weekends and holidays). Please reach out to us by email or Skype if you are interested, we are always available for a conversation!

 

What happens if I am not satisfied with my translations?

If you are not satisfied with your translations, please mark up the areas of concerns and send it back, we will run your edits by another linguist for feedback and circle back with you within 24 hours to discuss.

What types of documents can you translate?

We translate nearly all types of documents: technical, legal, marketing, business, and so on; for a more detailed description, please visit the section industries, where you can find the complete list of fields in which we work. Our translators are classified by industry and specialized in specific types of documentation, thus ensuring utmost precision when selecting the terminology most appropriate for your texts.

What kind of language services do you provide?

We help individuals, organizations, and businesses with a variety of translation and localization tasks. More specifically, we provide professional translation, editing/proofreading, localization and quality assurance services for almost all industries and sectors. Do you use machine translation?

We only work with human translators as language is a person-to-person art. The nuances, slang, and cultural considerations that might be in your text needs to be considered in the target language. Machine translation can work well in certain instances, but it is our opinion that in-country, native speakers give us the best chance to deliver the most accurate and culturally fitting message possible to your target audience. If, however, you require that your materials are first machine translated, we can support your request with either Trados or SmartCAT, both CAT tools which we have access to and work within for project management and translation memories. Our human translators and proofreaders would then complete the post-editing process.

What happens if I don’t see my language?

If you do not see your language in the list, please feel free to contact us at info@morningstartranslation.com or by submitting the contact form. We will work with you to build a dedicated translation team to get the job done.
